Nice size for a woman's watch, which is what I got it for: as a watch for my wife to hang off her purse.Problem is that that caribiner clip is as big as the watch, meaning the actual watch face is dragging on the ground.So we removed that and used a smaller split ring.Nice face, easy to read.

Key Chain Watch of Gay Pride Flag Paint Splat Review

I got this item in the mail alright and in working order and clipped it onto my key chain. About 3 hours later the piece that hooks the watch itself onto the clip broke and the watch fell causing it to break. For the 20 dollars spent on this item it seemed very fragile and not very solidly made and I am quite dissatisfied with how quickly it broke especially for the price payed. While I liked the design printed on the face of the watch the way the watch is made needs to be improved.

E-Clip, Silver Sunray Dial, Pink Body, Compass, Clip Review

This is (was) a nice looking watch, but it isn't very durable. I'm a snowboarding instructor and purchased the watch to clip onto my jacket while I teach. Less than two months after purchasing it the compass has fallen out. The compass wasn't that great in the first place - I could stay planted in one place, slowly rotate, and it would remain pointed at the same direction the entire time - but it falling out has become a cosmetic issue. The entire piece fell out, meaning all that is left is a large empty space in the pink casing with bits of yellow adhesive still stuck to it. So really, while it still does its job of telling the time it just isn't that nice looking anymore. I contacted the company and I was told that even though exterior parts are not included in the one year warranty they will still service it. The catch is that I need to pay to ship it to them and include a check for $9.99 shipping/handling/return postage. This means that the cost to repair it under warranty will be more than half of what I paid for the watch in the first place. Since it is the adhesive that failed (perhaps because I work in a cold temp/high humidity environment?) I doubt I will bother to get it fixed. I don't want to waste that money just to find out that a new one will fall out again anyway. I'll keep using this one until the batteries die, and then I'll just get another brand. I will give this watch two stars because it does its job (telling time), but it looks like junk while doing it.

Waterproof Watch Case Opener in Wooden Box Review

Unless you're experienced at watch repair or highly intuitive, this may not be the ticket, since instructions aren't included.The holes for the various heads were not entirely filled, so either there were too few heads or too many holes.Also, the heads won't adhere to the holes, so keep the box right-side up or expect them to bounce around while moving the wooden case.There was some rust on the hinges--sort of a rustic touch to what is largely a home-carpentered box.If this ends up being an objet d'art in my "antique drawer" rather than a practical fix-it tool, I'll appreciate the added authenticity.A reminder of the days when people fixed timepieces rather than discarded them in favor of a new one--or, for that matter, none at all (young people no longer wear watches.Cell phones and iPods have replaced them).

Before long we'll look back on the age of watch-wearing with the same fascination as we read about the once-fashionable women who wouldn't leave home without their decorative box of snuff (for the "newer" reader, the finely ground tobacco that was sniffed.Last time I checked at Walgreen's it was no longer stocked).

Mini Clip Microlight, Cream Military Dial, Green Case Review

This is a reasonably functional watch, with only one significant drawback: it's just too darn heavy. It is seriously heavy, way heavier than any other watch that I've had the chance to experience, and it's a burden. I really could not think of a reason for this to be as heavy as it is -- what were the manufacturers thinking, under what circumstances would it make sense to carry something like this around? It is built like a tank, and of course that's not all bad -- when I still carried this around, it withstood a fair amount of abuse. It just got too heavy to carry. I eventually found another Dakota product that I can also carry on my keyring rather than my wrist but that is much lighter; that one is durable and well-made, as is this one. But I won't carry this one again.
