Nice size for a woman's watch, which is what I got it for: as a watch for my wife to hang off her purse.Problem is that that caribiner clip is as big as the watch, meaning the actual watch face is dragging on the ground.So we removed that and used a smaller split ring.Nice face, easy to read.

Key Chain Watch of Gay Pride Flag Paint Splat Review

I got this item in the mail alright and in working order and clipped it onto my key chain. About 3 hours later the piece that hooks the watch itself onto the clip broke and the watch fell causing it to break. For the 20 dollars spent on this item it seemed very fragile and not very solidly made and I am quite dissatisfied with how quickly it broke especially for the price payed. While I liked the design printed on the face of the watch the way the watch is made needs to be improved.

E-Clip, Silver Sunray Dial, Pink Body, Compass, Clip Review

This is (was) a nice looking watch, but it isn't very durable. I'm a snowboarding instructor and purchased the watch to clip onto my jacket while I teach. Less than two months after purchasing it the compass has fallen out. The compass wasn't that great in the first place - I could stay planted in one place, slowly rotate, and it would remain pointed at the same direction the entire time - but it falling out has become a cosmetic issue. The entire piece fell out, meaning all that is left is a large empty space in the pink casing with bits of yellow adhesive still stuck to it. So really, while it still does its job of telling the time it just isn't that nice looking anymore. I contacted the company and I was told that even though exterior parts are not included in the one year warranty they will still service it. The catch is that I need to pay to ship it to them and include a check for $9.99 shipping/handling/return postage. This means that the cost to repair it under warranty will be more than half of what I paid for the watch in the first place. Since it is the adhesive that failed (perhaps because I work in a cold temp/high humidity environment?) I doubt I will bother to get it fixed. I don't want to waste that money just to find out that a new one will fall out again anyway. I'll keep using this one until the batteries die, and then I'll just get another brand. I will give this watch two stars because it does its job (telling time), but it looks like junk while doing it.

Unless you're experienced at watch repair or highly intuitive, this may not be the ticket, since instructions aren't included.The holes for the various heads were not entirely filled, so either there were too few heads or too many holes.Also, the heads won't adhere to the holes, so keep the box right-side up or expect them to bounce around while moving the wooden case.There was some rust on the hinges--sort of a rustic touch to what is largely a home-carpentered box.If this ends up being an objet d'art in my "antique drawer" rather than a practical fix-it tool, I'll appreciate the added authenticity.A reminder of the days when people fixed timepieces rather than discarded them in favor of a new one--or, for that matter, none at all (young people no longer wear watches.Cell phones and iPods have replaced them).

Before long we'll look back on the age of watch-wearing with the same fascination as we read about the once-fashionable women who wouldn't leave home without their decorative box of snuff (for the "newer" reader, the finely ground tobacco that was sniffed.Last time I checked at Walgreen's it was no longer stocked).

Mini Clip Microlight, Cream Military Dial, Green Case Review

This is a reasonably functional watch, with only one significant drawback: it's just too darn heavy. It is seriously heavy, way heavier than any other watch that I've had the chance to experience, and it's a burden. I really could not think of a reason for this to be as heavy as it is -- what were the manufacturers thinking, under what circumstances would it make sense to carry something like this around? It is built like a tank, and of course that's not all bad -- when I still carried this around, it withstood a fair amount of abuse. It just got too heavy to carry. I eventually found another Dakota product that I can also carry on my keyring rather than my wrist but that is much lighter; that one is durable and well-made, as is this one. But I won't carry this one again.

I have had this watch for three years, of which it was probably used for a total of threemonths. It neverkept accurate time, plus or minus 2 to 3 minutes a day. Slowllywinding became rough and finally the stem became mechanically seperate from its in ternals. This watch will become no 100 year familly heirloom. Sent it to be repaired at Tissot and they gave an estemate of $360 to fix a$ 400 watch. N0 way. Save your money and buy a seiko or citizen.

These clothes work great for polishing out minor scratches from watches, like stainless steel, and they do a great job of cleaning and creating a mirror-like shine. I was amazad how well they worked, much better than expected. I highly recommend these for men's stainless steel watches. They may also work well on gold-plated watches, but I would suggest rubbing gently. While they are not highly abrasive, you want to make sure that the gold plating doesn't rub off. I've not personally tried these on plated metals yet, but I would try it if needed and just take my time and rub gently to polish out any scratches.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail informing me that shipping in time for Xmas would not be possible and that I should cancel the order and find one elsewhere if having it for Christmas was important to me. Before cancelling, I made sure I could find one elsewhere - which I did. Then I received an e-mail that said it had shipped that same day (as the original e-mail saying it would not be available in time for Xmas) This was confusing and it made me nervous about cancelling eitherorder. Dakota Microlight, White Dial, Pink Body,Carabineer Mini Clip Review

I purchased the Dakota carabineer clip watch for our most recent trip to Walt Disney World so I could attach it to my backpack. It served it's purpose very well. The clip is sturdy and yet not too difficult to open. The face is easy to read and attractive. I wish though, that it had a light to read the watch in the dark. My only other personal preference is that the color were a little lighter. It photographs lighter than it actually is and is a deeper pink. Overall, it is a great watch for the price.

Smith & Wesson Carabiner Classic LED Watch Review

I don't wear a wrist watch now that I'm retired, but, I do need to keep up with the time. I thought of a pocket watch, but that's just something else to have to keep up with. The S&W Carabineer Watch was the perfect choice. I have all my keys hooked to it so it stays in my pocket all the time. It takes a lot of abuse but seems to keep perfect time and the clock face hasn't been scratched or marred. It fit my need perfectly and the price was very reasonable.

Silver Tone Engravable Men's Pocket Watch,Geneva Review

I have not had this pocket watch long; but so far it has kept good time. It is lighter than my Stainless Steel Pocket watch(Charles Hubert Paris); but it feels comfortable to wear and hold. The one I have has polished smooth silver hue on the cover and brushed silver color on the case. I don't know what metal or metals it is made of. The crystal (lens)is plastic. The movement is made in Japan. The stainless steel chain is light; but it works fine. It is not water resistant. It feels like if it was dropped it might break; but with careful use it should work. It looks good; though I imagine the plastic lens will scratch easily. It is covered though. For repairs the warranty lists the Geneva Watch Group.

Black Classic Watch Case Display Box With Clear Top Holds 20 Precious Watches Review

When looking at watch cases for my (currently) 25-watch collection, I wanted something attractive that would match the decor, have enough space to hold my watches, and would at least have some level of plexiglass/glass on top so I could see through to the watches inside.

This seemed to fit the bill, so I ordered one to give it a try. Well, it's turned out to be an excellent little case. It seems reasonably sturdy, and it's really quite attractive.

The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that many of my watches are large (and thick) -- Breitling and the like. The thicker watches tend to barely tap the plexiglass when I close the lid, indicating that the depth of the case is just not QUITE enough. It's not a big deal, as it doesn't mar the watches in any way, but just a quarter of an inch or more in depth, and it would make me feel a bit more comfortable.

I will likely get another one of these Caddy Bay cases as my collection grows.
