this watch is lovely. i can't stop looking at it. i got an excellent gold box deal on the watch, including free shipping, and when it came i was a bit nervous because the outer box it came in (not the shipping box but the outer box that houses the watch) was damaged so i was worried that the watch would be damaged. but no, it is perfect. now, i think it's a little big for a ladies watch (not that women really wear pocket watches...or many men in this last half-century for that matter) and yet maybe small for a man's watch but i (a woman) will wear it as much as i can anyway. really it was worth every penny, water resistant and mezmorizing to look at; i'm the kind of person who has no sense of time, and has never owned a wrist watch let alone pocket watch so if it can win me over, you will love it.
