I've been using this pocket watch for a about a month, and dropped it a few times on a concrete floor at work already. It still works quite well, and keeps time perfectly. I'm glad I bought it. It's way better than dropping my really expensive cell phone on the floor. The date features aren't tiny like on some pocket watches, you can see them just fine. I think the only thing that bothered me was I had it on my key chain, but the metal loop ended up coming off. I keep it setting with my keys though so I never forget to bring it. The price is pretty decent for such a sturdy watch too. I looked everywhere for a pocket watch with a date option built into it, and this one ended up being perfect.Update (3-22-10): After a few months, I couldn't depend on what it said. I had to go with a wrist watch. The date and time kept randomly changing on it. I dropped it a few times, but the mechanism of the watch still seemed to be running smoothly. To me, it just wasn't a solid time piece.
